August's Happy Home Owners

Chaska Ranks 8 with Money Magazine

Money Magazine ranked Chaska 8th on its annual list of best places to live. Two other Minnesota cities placed in the top 100 - Apple Valley placed 28th and Vadnais Heights was ranked at 36.

The magazine credits “quality jobs and a beautiful setting” as top selling points for Chaska. Chaska, they pointed out is close to more than a dozen technology and biotech firms.

According to Wikipedia, Feng “Shui is the ancient Chinese practice of placement and arrangement of space to achieve harmony with the environment.”

Feng Shui can help you create a sense of peace and calm in your home – and according to the National Association of Realtors, it can also help you sell a home. We think it’s a topic that worth pursuing so we hope to feature a few article on Feng Shui in the upcoming months.

Some quick Feng Shui tips:

• The more burners you have on your stove, the greater wealth you will have
• Avoid sleeping under beams in the bedroom
• Avoid having the stairs as the first thing you see when you enter a house
